             Rush Limbaugh, right wing, chicken hawk, prescription drug addicted, four times married, childless blow hard said in 2010 that if universal health care passed he'd moved to Costa Rica.

            Bye Bye Rush.  Universal health care passed and was found to be CONSTITUTIONAL by the United States Supreme Court.
