Rob left disappointed, saying, "I'm very sad …"

Rob – Robert Jones – Portman is Ohio's junior senator.  He's also on Romney's list of possible vice presidential contenders.  That's exciting news if you're from Ohio and it's exciting news if you like economic catastrophe.
Rob was George Bush Junior's Director of the Office of Management and Budget from May 2006 until June 2007 when Portman resigned because he said he wanted to spend more time with the wife and the three little Portmans.  This was also around the time the economy began its nose dive like we had during THE GREAT DEPRESSION.

In 2009 Portman declared himself fit – based on his service in helping destroy the economy – to be a United States Senator.
In 2011, Portman was selected -- based on his service in helping destroy the economy – to sit on the United States Congress Joint Select Committee on Deficit Reduction.  That's an impressive bunch of words, though better known as the Super Committee.
The United States Congress Joint Select Committee on Deficit Reduction, better known as the Super Committee, was a failure.  Rob left disappointed, saying, "I'm very sad …"
His service in helping to destroy the economy and sitting on the unsuccessful United States Congress Joint Select Committee on Deficit Reduction that made Rob sad is what makes him a contender to be Romney's running mate.
Run Rob Run.  Ohio is proud of you.
We're praying you do for Romney what you did for George Bush Junior.
